Biweekly Pay

Flexible Work Schedules
The nature of our business is fluid, so our work schedules can be too.
Most of our employees work a compressed schedule, four days a week 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Nights and weekends are never required.

Mileage Reimbursement
Traveling to a job site, but can't borrow an available company car?
We'll reimburse you for traveling in your personal vehicle, up to the federal rate per mile over any distance that you would normally commute.

That's why we offer access to online courses or in-person workshops and events to continue our education. We'll also help our property managers attain their licensure.
