Job Description: Mountain View Property Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial real estate properties, rental properties, homeowners associations, and short-term rentals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, our tenants are satisfied, and that our business is running smoothly.

We’re Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and budgeting.

  • Act as a liaison between tenants, owners, and vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, such as rent payments, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.

  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports to owners and stakeholders, including budgets, rent rolls, and expense reports.

  • Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including health and safety codes.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient operation of properties.

  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but nt required.

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate or customer focus and sales industry. 

  • Experience managing commercial real estate and/or rental properties preferred.

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to create and manage budgets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management.
