Mountain View Property Services is Vermont's local, one-stop solution for managing your short- and long-term investment properties and maintaining primary residences through our Decks & Patios and General Contracting teams.
We were founded as a full-service Property Management company based in Chittenden County, Vermont, specializing in the care and supervision of multi-family investment portfolios, owner-occupied residences, single family homes, and homeowners associations (HOAs). We proudly continue to offer those services today. We look forward to working with you.

Since our founding, we have grown to offer our clients property maintenance and light construction and general contracting services.
